Irving is the airport city, and airport parking is where electric vehicles die quietly. A car left in a DFW terminal garage or the Express lots for a week comes back to a 12V accessory battery that has slowly drained running the always-on modules — and a flat 12V means the doors will not open, the charge port will not release and the car cannot be shifted out of park.
The second Irving pattern is Las Colinas. Dense corporate decks, valet stacks around Williams Square and the Toyota Music Factory, and a lot of long-commute drivers coming in on 114 and 183 with tires that have already picked up debris.

Both are roadside fixes. We restore 12V power at the correct jump studs for your platform, or we plug, patch or replace the tire from truck stock. Either way you leave the garage driving your own car, which matters when the rest of the family is standing there with bags.
The Urban Center decks are tight, multi-level and often gated after hours. A flatbed frequently cannot reach the space at all, which is why an EV with a dead 12V parked on level three is stuck until somebody arrives on foot with the right equipment. That is our normal Wednesday.
On the highway side, SH 114 between DFW and the Tollway and SH 183 through the mid-cities are heavy construction corridors. Blowouts and sidewall cuts at speed are common there, and with no spare in the car the only alternatives are our truck or a tow.
