Every recovery is logged and confirmed. Below: real customers from Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Plano, Katy, The Woodlands and the I-45 corridor.
"12V died in the garage and the truck wouldn't unlock. They jumped it and added range. Fantastic."
"My wife called these guys when our Y died at a strip mall. 35 minutes door-to-door. Worth every penny."
"Genuinely knowledgeable about the EQS. Other services wouldn't touch it. Saved our weekend trip."
"Came out at 2am during a storm. No drama, no upsell. Just got us moving."
"Stranded on I-45 at 11pm with a flat and no spare in the trunk. Tech arrived in 40 minutes with a loaner wheel and had me moving. Lifesaver."
"Came back to the parking lot and the R1S was completely dead — no handles, no screens. They tested it, replaced the 12V on the spot and we drove home. Professional and fast."
Every review on this page is from a real Texas customer whose EV we recovered. We do not buy reviews, we do not filter out the calls that went sideways, and we respond publicly to anything below five stars.
Reviews cluster around the calls we run most: flats with no spare, dead 12V batteries, and lockouts on cars that had gone completely dark. Tesla is the most represented simply because Tesla is the most common EV on Dallas roads; Rivian, Ford, Hyundai, Porsche and Lucid appear in proportion to the calls we run.
Three things come up over and over: the truck arrived faster than expected, the technician knew the vehicle better than the dealer did, and the final price matched the phone quote exactly. Those are the three metrics we build the business around.
The smaller details show up too — a clean uniform, a bottle of water on a 105-degree afternoon, a dispatcher calling back to confirm the customer got home safely, an emailed invoice before the truck left the curb. None of them change the repair; together they change how the night is remembered.
Most businesses survive an occasional broken promise. Emergency roadside does not. Someone calling at 2 AM from a freeway shoulder has to trust a stranger with their location and their card before help exists. Reviews are how that trust gets earned at scale.
We read all of them, we respond to all of them, and we feed the criticism straight into training, equipment purchasing and dispatch procedure. The rating holding above 4.9 for years is a feedback loop, not luck.
We publish every review with the customer's permission and use them to get better.
