Coverage areas — where we dispatch

Two metros, one I-45 corridor, four airports, and the highways and tollways between them. If your city or stretch of road isn't named below, call us anyway — we still dispatch.

EV Rescue dispatches from Dallas across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, with a second hub covering Greater Houston and the corridor in between. Every city on this page is a real dispatch zone, not a marketing claim. Inside our core coverage the typical on-scene time is under 30 minutes.

Outside the listed cities, call anyway. We extend coverage per call across much of north, east and central Texas, and we will tell you honestly what the ETA looks like before you commit.

Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex

DFW is our home zone. Coverage spans Dallas, Collin, Tarrant, Denton, Rockwall, Ellis, Johnson and Kaufman counties. The corridors we run constantly are I-635 LBJ, I-35E and I-35W, I-30, I-20, US-75 Central, the Dallas North Tollway, the President George Bush Turnpike, the Sam Rayburn Tollway and SH-121 through Frisco and Plano.

Both DFW International and Dallas Love Field have dedicated protocols covering long-term lots, rideshare staging and rental returns — including the frequent case of a car that has sat for a week and will not wake up on the owner's return.

Greater Houston

Our Houston hub runs from the 610 Loop out through Beltway 8 and the Grand Parkway, into the I-45 north and I-10 west corridors, and covers Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Galveston, Waller and Liberty counties as standard territory.

Galveston, Kemah and the I-45 stretch to the coast are supported with a distance fee. IAH and Hobby have the same airport protocols we use at DFW and Love Field.

The I-45 corridor

I-45 between Dallas and Houston is its own zone. We dispatch from Dallas for everything north of Centerville and from Houston for everything south of Huntsville, coordinating hand-offs in the middle on long highway calls. Corsicana, Fairfield, Buffalo, Centerville, Madisonville and Huntsville are all supported, as is the Bryan/College Station corridor out of the Houston side.
