I-635, SH 190 and the 78 corridor — flats with no spare and dark 12V batteries handled on the spot.
Twelve dedicated Garland pages — pick the failure you are looking at right now.
Garland is a working city with a lot of industrial traffic, and industrial traffic drops metal. Screws, banding, weld slag and cut wire end up on I-635, SH 78 and the surface roads through the industrial district, and those are the roads where our Garland tire calls originate.
The rest of the volume comes from apartment complexes and driveways: cars that have sat for a few days and gone dark. Both problems are fixed where the car is parked — we do not tow what we can repair.
An EV tire is not a normal tire. Low rolling resistance construction, foam liners in many models, high vehicle weight and thin sidewalls mean a strike that a gas sedan would shrug off can open a cut you cannot plug. And with no spare in the trunk, that stops the trip cold.
We carry the common EV sizes on the truck along with plug and patch equipment and loaner wheels. Where the tire is repairable we repair it; where it is not, you leave on a wheel that gets you to a shop on your own schedule.
The second Garland call is the dark car. Someone comes out on Monday morning and nothing responds — no handle, no screen, no charge port. That is the 12V, and it strands a perfectly healthy EV as thoroughly as an empty pack would.
We restore 12V power at the platform-correct jump studs, verify the car wakes properly, and test whether the battery is holding charge. If it needs replacing we can do that on scene rather than sending you to a dealer for a two-hour appointment.

Call (945) 383-4744"12V died in the garage and the truck wouldn't unlock. They jumped it and added range. Fantastic."
"My wife called these guys when our Y died at a strip mall. 35 minutes door-to-door. Worth every penny."
"Genuinely knowledgeable about the EQS. Other services wouldn't touch it. Saved our weekend trip."
