Like every EV, a Mercedes EQ goes completely inert when its 12V battery dies, no matter how full the main pack reads. We jump the 12V at the designated terminals, load-test it, and fit a replacement on scene when it will not hold.
Most Mercedes EQ EVs ship without a spare. We carry plug and patch kits for repairable punctures, and when the sidewall is gone we mount your own spare or arrange flatbed transport to the tire shop of your choice.
Phone key drops, dead key fobs, and flat 12V systems all leave you outside the car. We use non-destructive entry appropriate to the vehicle — no prying frameless glass, no slim jims near pillar airbag wiring.
When the fault genuinely belongs at a Mercedes EQ service center, we say so and arrange flatbed-only transport there. EV drive motors are geared to the wheels, so a wheel-lift or hook-and-chain risks a drivetrain bill on top of the original problem.
