We are headquartered in Plano — flats with no spare, dead 12V batteries and lockouts anywhere in Collin County, day or night.

Electric vehicles are heavier than the gas cars they replaced and most of them left the factory without a spare. We arrive with EV-rated jack pucks, plug or patch what's repairable, mount your spare or a loaner wheel when it isn't, and set every lug to the manufacturer's torque figure.
Every electric vehicle still runs its computers, door handles, and contactors off a small 12-volt battery, and when that battery dies the car is inert no matter how full the main pack is. We jump the 12V, test whether it will hold, and replace it on the spot when it won't.
EV lockouts are rarely about a key left on the seat. They're phone keys that lost Bluetooth, key cards that stopped pairing, and dead 12V batteries that made the handles inert. We diagnose which of the three you have and open the car without prying a door frame.
A tire change stops dead at a wheel lock with no key or a nut rounded off by an over-torqued impact gun. We carry extraction sockets, reverse-thread removers, and the patience to do it without damaging the wheel, the studs, or the brake face.
Studs snap when they've been over-torqued, corroded, or fought with a bad extraction. We press out the broken stud and press in a replacement at the roadside, torque the wheel to spec, and put you back on the road the same visit.
A blowout on I-635 is not the same call as a flat in your driveway, and we don't dispatch it the same way. Shoulder calls get priority, arrive with amber lighting and cones, and get you off the highway on a spare or loaner wheel as fast as it can be done safely.
Tesla is the highest-volume brand we service in Texas. We carry model-specific jack pucks, know the frunk manual release path when the 12V is flat, handle phone key and key card lockouts, and know how to put the car in tow mode without dragging a locked motor.
Electric trucks weigh six to nine thousand pounds, and standard roadside gear is not rated for them. We bring heavy-capacity jacks, high-torque tooling, and truck-fitment loaner wheels so an electric truck gets the same roadside outcome a sedan does.
Air suspension, 21-inch performance fitments, carbon-ceramic brakes, and paint that a careless jack pad ruins. Luxury EVs need roadside technique, not muscle, and every one of these calls goes to a senior technician.
Repeat dead batteries, phantom warnings, and range that dropped off a cliff have causes, and a parts-swap is not a diagnosis. We test the 12V under load, hunt parasitic draw, read stored fault codes, and report pack state of health in writing.
A fleet EV that stops costs a route, not a repair bill. We run contracted fleet accounts with priority dispatch during operating hours, on-site tire and 12V service at your yard, consolidated invoicing, and reporting on which units keep failing.
Electric vehicles cannot be flat-towed and their motors lock when unpowered. We coordinate flatbed transport with operators who understand transport mode, wheel skates, and where to attach — and we stay on-site while your car is loaded.
Plano is home base. Our address is 1005 11th St, Plano TX 75074, which means Collin County gets the fastest response times on our board — most Plano calls are on scene well inside 30 minutes, and overnight calls are often faster than that because the tollways are empty.
It is also the densest EV city in Texas by corporate garage. Legacy West, Granite Park, the Toyota campus and the Chase and Liberty Mutual towers park thousands of electric vehicles in structured decks every weekday, and structured decks are where two specific failures happen: a slow overnight leak that is flat by 5pm, and a 12V battery that quietly dies while the car sits for a week.
A car parked on level four of a corporate deck with a dead 12V is genuinely stuck. The door handles do not present, the charge port will not open, the shifter will not move out of park, and the electronic parking brake stays clamped. A tow truck cannot drag it out without damage, and most decks will not let a flatbed up the ramp anyway.
This is the single most common Plano call we take, and it is a 20-minute fix. We restore 12V power at the correct jump studs for your platform — the location differs on Tesla, Rivian, Hyundai/Kia E-GMP, Ford and Lucid — the car wakes, the doors release, and you drive out. We then test the battery and tell you honestly whether it needs replacing or whether something was draining it.
The second Plano pattern is tires. Legacy Drive, Spring Creek and the Preston corridor are under near-permanent construction, and a low-profile 20- or 21-inch performance tire finds every piece of debris. With no spare in the car, that is a tow unless somebody arrives with rubber.
From our Plano base we cover Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Wylie, Murphy, Sachse, Prosper, Celina, Fairview and Little Elm as core territory, plus the Dallas North Tollway and US 75 corridors in both directions. Anything on the PGBT between Coit and SH 78 is minutes away.
Because we are local rather than dispatched from a national board, we know which Plano decks have height restrictions, which apartment complexes need a gate code, and which stretches of Legacy are closed for construction this month. That is usually the difference between a 25-minute arrival and a 70-minute one.
